Why are there dedicated clinical disclaimer waivers?
Our Orthodontic Consultancy operates on an educational advising basis. Disclaimers are crucial to define clinical boundaries, clarifying that treatment decisions, patient care liability, and active hands-on actions remain exclusively with the treating dentist or attending clinic in accordance with UAE health regulations.
How are my clinical scans and radiographs secured?
We employ enterprise-grade, encrypted cloud storage (AES-256 standards) for all client radiographs, clinical intraoral scans, and case photos. Only certified team members have access during consulting sessions. Under our strict Privacy Policy, all case materials are securely retained or deleted based on standard UAE medical records guidelines.
Are course registration fees refundable under the training terms?
Course registrations for our Practical Dental Training and DHA Exam Prep programs have specific timelines. As outlined in the training terms, cancellations received more than 14 days before the starting module are eligible for a refund, whereas late notice or mid-course dropouts are restricted to credit transfers to secure the clinical CME seat capacity.
Can I adjust my tracking and cookie preferences later?
