Purpose of the Program
1.1 The Practical Dental Training Program is designed to enhance the clinical skills of dental professionals through supervised practical training in a real clinical environment. 1.2 The program includes clinical observation, guided hands-on practice, and educational instruction in selected areas of dentistry and orthodontics. 1.3 The program is strictly educational in nature and does not constitute employment, formal residency, or specialist certification.
Eligibility and Entry Requirements
2.1 Participants must hold a valid dental degree from a recognized and accredited university.
2.2 Where applicable, Participants must hold or be eligible for registration or licensing with relevant UAE health authorities, including but not limited to:
DHA (Dubai Health Authority) DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) MOH (Ministry of Health – UAE) 2.3 The Participant is solely responsible for ensuring the validity and legality of their professional license and scope of practice. 2.4 The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse admission without obligation to provide justification.
Nature of Training and Limitations
3.1 All training activities are conducted under supervision; however, the Participant acknowledges that final clinical responsibility remains with the Participant at all times. 3.2 The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for any clinical decisions, procedures, or patient management performed by the Participant. 3.3 Participation does not guarantee clinical competence, certification, employment, or professional licensing outcomes.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
4.1 The Participant agrees to comply with all applicable UAE healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and authority guidelines (DHA, DOH, MOH). 4.2 Any action performed outside the permitted scope of practice or outside the training framework is the sole responsibility of the Participant. 4.3 The Participant is fully responsible for maintaining lawful conduct at all times during the Program.
Confidentiality and Patient Data Protection
5.1 The Participant shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, clinical records, and case materials encountered during the Program.
5.2 The Participant shall not, under any circumstances:
photograph, record, or film any clinical cases or patients share any patient information externally publish or distribute any clinical content without prior written consent 5.3 Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination from the Program and legal action under UAE applicable laws.
Fees and Payment Terms
6.1 Program fees shall be determined by A.J Orthodontic and communicated prior to enrollment. 6.2 Full payment is required prior to commencement of the Program unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6.3 Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of entry or suspension from the Program.
Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy
7.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to reschedule or modify program dates due to operational, clinical, or emergency reasons. 7.2 If the Program is cancelled by the Service Provider, a refund policy will apply based on internal administrative rules. 7.3 If the Participant voluntarily withdraws, refund eligibility (if any) shall be subject to the Service Provider’s discretion and administrative costs. 7.4 No refunds shall be granted after commencement of the Program unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All training materials, clinical cases, presentations, methodologies, and educational content provided by A.J Orthodontic remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider.
8.2 The Participant shall not, under any circumstances:
copy, reproduce, or store any materials share materials with third parties use materials for teaching, training, or commercial purposes recreate or replicate clinical cases or training content
8.3 Any unauthorized use or disclosure shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
immediate removal from the Program permanent exclusion from future training legal action under UAE intellectual property laws claims for damages and full legal cost recovery
Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, A.J Orthodontic shall not be liable for any:
clinical outcomes direct or indirect damages financial loss professional consequences patient-related claims arising from participation in the Program. 9.2 The Participant assumes full responsibility for all actions performed during training.
Termination of Participation
10.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate participation immediately in cases of:
breach of confidentiality unsafe clinical conduct violation of UAE regulations misconduct or disruption of training activities 10.2 In such cases, no refund shall be guaranteed.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 11.2 Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Amendments
A.J Orthodontic reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in or participating in the Practical Dental Training Program, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
