We collect and process data strictly for the purpose of:

Providing orthodontic consultation services Reviewing and discussing clinical cases submitted by the Client Delivering professional orthodontic advice and recommendations Managing bookings, scheduling, and administrative operations Maintaining professional service records

3.1 All information, including clinical and personal data, is treated as strictly confidential by A.J Orthodontic. 3.2 Access is limited solely to the Service Provider and authorized personnel where applicable. 3.3 We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal or clinical data to third parties. 3.4 Disclosure of information shall only occur where required by applicable law or regulatory authority within the United Arab Emirates.

4.1 Data may be stored using secure systems, including encrypted messaging applications, cloud services, and email platforms.

all patient data shared has been lawfully obtained appropriate patient consent has been secured prior to submission no data is shared in violation of applicable medical or privacy regulations

As consultations may be conducted using international platforms, data may be processed or stored outside the United Arab Emirates. By using the Services, the Client consents to such cross-border data processing where necessary for service delivery.

Subject to applicable UAE law, the Client may request:

access to personal or clinical data held correction of inaccurate information deletion of data (where legally and operationally possible) restriction of processing Requests may be submitted using the contact details below.

A.J Orthodontic shall not be liable for data breaches or unauthorized access resulting from:

third-party communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, email providers) internet transmission risks unauthorized external access beyond our reasonable control
