Clinical Disclaimer & Waiver

1.1 All consultations, training sessions, educational programs, and communications provided by A.J Orthodontic are strictly for educational and professional development purposes only.

1.2 Nothing provided by the Service Provider constitutes:

clinical diagnosis medical treatment instruction for individual patients a guarantee of clinical or academic outcome regulatory or licensing approval advice 1.3 All information must be interpreted and applied using independent professional judgment by the Participant.

2.1 Participation in any service provided by A.J Orthodontic does not create any doctor–patient relationship between the Service Provider and any patient treated by the Participant. 2.2 The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for any patient care, clinical procedure, or treatment outcome performed by the Participant.

3.1 The Participant acknowledges that dentistry and orthodontics involve inherent professional risks, including but not limited to:

clinical complications treatment failure or variation in outcomes patient dissatisfaction procedural or diagnostic errors

3.2 The Participant voluntarily and knowingly assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with:

applying any educational content performing any clinical procedures implementing any recommendations or guidance received 3.3 The Participant confirms they are fully licensed and legally permitted to perform all clinical activities undertaken.

4.1 A.J Orthodontic does not guarantee:

clinical success treatment outcomes academic success or exam results licensing approval professional advancement or employment 4.2 All outcomes depend solely on the Participant’s independent decisions, competence, and external regulatory or clinical factors.

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, A.J Orthodontic shall not be liable for any:

direct or indirect clinical outcomes financial loss professional claims disciplinary actions reputational damage patient-related consequences arising from participation in any service or reliance on any information provided. 5.2 The Service Provider’s role is strictly educational and advisory in nature.

6.1 The Participant agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A.J Orthodontic, its owners, instructors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from:

clinical decisions made by the Participant misuse or misapplication of educational content violation of applicable UAE laws or professional regulations actions performed outside the training or advisory scope 6.2 This indemnity applies regardless of whether claims are brought by patients, regulatory authorities, or third parties.

7.1 The Participant acknowledges that all information provided by A.J Orthodontic is general educational guidance and must not be solely relied upon for clinical decision-making. 7.2 The Participant is required to exercise independent professional judgment at all times.

8.1 The Participant is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable UAE healthcare regulations, including but not limited to DHA, DOH, and MOH requirements. 8.2 The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for licensing status, eligibility, or regulatory approval of any Participant.

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable under UAE law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent UAE courts.

By using, accessing, or participating in any service provided by A.J Orthodontic, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Clinical Disclaimer and Liability Waiver.
